Magnetostrictive level sensor with integrated RTD temperature measurement from MTS Systems Corporation. Designed for continuous level monitoring in hazardous locations with intrinsic safety certification.

Applications

Magnetostrictive level sensors with RTD are used for continuous level and temperature measurement in pharmaceutical, food processing, and chemical manufacturing environments. The intrinsically safe rating permits operation in Class I hazardous locations where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Sanitary connections integrate with process piping in regulated industries requiring cleanability and repeatability.

This MTS Level Plus A910410172 magnetostrictive RTD level sensor has been inspected and is in good condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was actively in use. The teal housing is intact with normal surface wear; the stainless steel rod is straight and clean with light oxidation typical of used process equipment.
