This Hughes 3808670-100-1 Westar Incremental Control Unit (Rev A) has been inspected and appears to be in good condition. The chassis and front panel show light surface wear consistent with prior rack-mounted use, including minor scuffing on the top cover. Front panel controls, indicators, and knobs are all present and intact. The rear panel connectors — including the IEC AC inlet, DB9 ports, and BNC coaxials — show no obvious damage.
