Applications

The Westar incremental control units were deployed in Hughes satellite ground station equipment for RF satcom operations. Commonly found in telecom and broadcast earth station installations from the 1980s through early 2000s.

Condition: Used
This Hughes 3808670-100-1 Westar Incremental Control Unit (Rev A) has been inspected and appears to be in good condition. The chassis and front panel show light surface wear consistent with prior rack-mounted use, including minor scuffing on the top cover. Front panel controls, indicators, and knobs are all present and intact. The rear panel connectors — including the IEC AC inlet, DB9 ports, and BNC coaxials — show no obvious damage.
