Applications
Amorphous thin-film panels were used in grid-tie and off-grid solar installations through the 2010s. This roll-form design suits membrane and metal roofing integration without roof penetrations. Compatible with 600 VDC systems. Used in RV, marine, telecom backup power, and remote building applications where flexible, low-profile mounting was required.
This Uni-Solar PVL-128 128W Flexible Amorphous Solar Panel is new and unused. These panels came directly from the Uni-Solar (United Solar Ovonic) manufacturing and distribution facility when it was liquidated in 2012, and have been stored since. They were originally packed in factory cartons of 30 and are being sold here as individual panels. The panels show no signs of use or wear. This specific variant features bottom-facing solder points rather than the standard quick-connect terminals, as they were made for a specific customer order.
