Applications

EDS detectors mount to scanning electron microscopes (SEMs) and electron microscopy systems for real-time elemental composition analysis. Compatible with IMIX analyzer systems and standard SEM platforms equipped with appropriate detector ports.

This Princeton Gamma-Tech PGT PRISM60 EDS X-Ray Detector (Model OPP024-6048) is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair. We were not able to test it at our facility, and it is not guaranteed functional. It includes the motorized linear positioning stage, a small control box with PWR, IN, and OUT switches, and a cable with a DB25 connector. The detector body and stage assembly appear intact with no obvious physical damage. The detector snout aperture window is visible and intact. The control box shows some scuffing and surface wear.
