Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS/EDX) detector designed for compositional analysis in electron microscopy. Operates at -800 VDC bias and integrates with the PGT IMIX microanalyzer system for material characterization.

Applications

This Princeton Gamma-Tech PGT OS19-PO13 X-ray EDS detector and IMIX microanalyzer assembly has been inspected and appears to be in good condition. The cylindrical cryostat housing is clean with only light surface marks typical of lab use. The machined aluminum XY positioning stage shows no damage — linear slides and lead screws are intact, and the adjustment knobs turn freely. The BNC and DB9 connectors on the detector electronics module are present and undamaged. The 4-pin circular signal cable connector is intact with no bent or missing pins.
