The wafers are phosphorus-doped (N/PHOS) with a <1-0-0> crystal orientation and carry a DSP 1 Flat, 80/50 surface designation. All 50 wafers are stored in their original clear plastic wafer carrier trays with carrier labels and vendor ACCEPT quality-control inspection stamps intact.

Applications
Four-inch (100mm) N-Type polished silicon wafers are a standard substrate used in semiconductor device fabrication, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) research, photolithography process development, thin-film deposition, and epitaxial layer growth. The <1-0-0> orientation is widely specified for CMOS and bipolar process flows, and the 320–480 Ω·cm resistivity range suits applications requiring moderately high-resistivity substrates, such as power device research, RF applications, and certain MEMS structures. Silicon Quest International was a well-regarded supplier of prime and research-grade silicon wafers for semiconductor foundries, university research labs, and government research programs. The 4-inch wafer format was the dominant fab standard from the mid-1970s through the 1980s and remained in active use in legacy fabs and research environments through the 2000s and beyond; it continues to be used today in MEMS foundries, university labs, and specialized low-volume production lines that have not transitioned to 200mm or 300mm tooling.
These Silicon Quest International 4-inch N-Type polished silicon wafers have been inspected and appear to be in good condition. The wafers were pulled from a working semiconductor environment and remain stored in their original clear plastic carrier trays with carrier labels intact. The wafer surfaces appear clean and unscratched in our photos, consistent with proper storage in the wafer carriers.
