Butyl rubber edge glazing tape manufactured for solar panel assembly. This tape seals and secures glass and ETFE flexible solar panel skins during manufacturing and installation.

Applications

Edge glazing tape is used in solar panel manufacturing to bond and seal perimeter edges where glass or ETFE film meets the panel frame. It provides weatherproofing and structural integrity to the module assembly. Commonly applied in automated and manual solar panel production lines.

This Quanex Solargain 614-3922-893 butyl rubber edge glazing tape is new and unused. The 19 rolls are vacuum-sealed together in a thick mylar bag and packed in the original manufacturer carton. The box label is intact and clearly legible, showing part number 614-3922-893, secondary part number 504221, and a total of 11400 ft / 3475 m.
