The LXI-compliant Ethernet interface makes the instrument at home in modern instrument bus environments alongside instruments from other manufacturers. The TSP-Link port allows multiple 3700A mainframes and Series 2600B SourceMeter SMUs to be daisy-chained into a single logical system, which was a common configuration in high-channel-count semiconductor or multi-DUT production test setups.
