The Keithley 3722 is a plug-in multiplexer card for the Keithley Series 3700A System Switch and Multimeter mainframe. It provides two independent 1x48 two-pole multiplexer banks, configurable as 96 two-pole or 48 four-pole channels for general-purpose switching and measurement applications. The two banks can be interconnected via the analog backplane connection relays, allowing the mainframe to reconfigure the card as a single 1x96 two-pole multiplexer or to enable multi-card expansion for higher channel counts.

Applications
The Keithley 3722 is designed for use in automated test and measurement systems where high channel-count switching is required. It is used in conjunction with the Keithley Series 3700A mainframe and optional DMM for scanning, switching, and measuring across large numbers of test points — common in production test, component characterization, semiconductor parametric testing, and data acquisition applications. The latching relay design retains switch states without continuous power, making it suited for low-power test rack environments. Multiple 3722 cards can be combined within a 3700A chassis for configurations exceeding 96 channels.
This Keithley 3722 Dual 1x48 Multiplexer Card was powered on and tested at our facility. During testing, it was determined that not all channels are functioning. As a result, this card is being sold strictly as-is, for parts or repair — it is not guaranteed functional for production use. The card is physically intact with the metal shield cover present and the PCB showing no obvious damage. Both 104-pin D-sub connectors on the front panel appear undamaged.
