This is a Rear Transition Module (RTM) designed for GNP PDSi 3U CompactPCI Switched Backplane systems. The RTM provides four RJ-45 Ethernet ports plus a dedicated management port for network connectivity in industrial and telecom applications.

All four RJ-45 ports (Port 6, Port 7, Port 8, and MGT Port) appear intact with no visible damage to the connectors or the PCB. The backplane edge connector is present and appears undamaged.
