The Xunlight XUS19-134 is a 134-watt rollable thin-film solar panel built around amorphous silicon cells deposited on a stainless steel substrate. Unlike rigid crystalline panels, it flexes and rolls to approximately 12 inches in diameter, making it practical for curved surfaces and portable off-grid applications. These panels were manufactured in Ohio at the Xunlight Corporation facility between 2012 and 2015, before Xunlight ceased operations in 2016.

Amorphous silicon technology also performs better than crystalline silicon in diffuse or low-light conditions — it generates some output on overcast days where a rigid panel might produce little. Because these panels have no rigid frame or glass, they can be laid or strapped onto curved surfaces (an RV roof, a boat deck, a vehicle roof rack) and rolled up for transport or storage. The MC4 connectors are the standard for solar wiring and work directly with common charge controllers and combiner boxes. Xunlight was a pioneer in roll-to-roll amorphous silicon deposition on stainless steel, and these panels represent the last of their Ohio-made production run — this specific flexible form factor is no longer being manufactured.
These Xunlight XUS19-134 134W flexible amorphous solar panels are new and unused — they were never put into service. They are cosmetic seconds from the Xunlight factory in Ohio, meaning they have minor lamination blemishes from the manufacturing process. These are not defects that affect electrical function; the panels are new, just not cosmetically perfect. Photos show some edge delamination or bubbling on the ETFE top sheet at the corners — this is the type of cosmetic issue that classified them as seconds.
