The Unimation 3D32488G02 is a handheld teach pendant assembly for Unimation industrial robots, used with FSI Polaris wafer handling systems in semiconductor manufacturing. The pendant allows an operator to manually program robot motion paths, record positions, and switch between operating modes including Teach, Hold, Run, and Calibration. It connects to the robot controller via a multi-pin circular cable and includes a key switch for mode authorization and a red E-Stop mushroom button for emergency halt.
