Applications
The 176-SA was designed for aerospace and rocket motor applications requiring high-pressure measurement in cryogenic liquid environments. This transmitter type was used to monitor chamber pressure in liquid propellant rocket motors and similar high-performance systems. This Taber Teledyne 176-SA Electrical Pressure Transmitter has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. It was pulled from an active working environment where it was in service. The stainless steel and aluminum body shows typical wear consistent with aerospace or industrial use. The multi-pin circular connector on the side shows some oxidation and surface discoloration as visible in the photos. Two yellow 'LIQUID FLUORINE' labels remain affixed to the body, indicating prior service with that medium — buyers should factor this into their application assessment.
