SS 304 High Vacuum 90 Degree Elbow 5.15" ISO-K Flange Roughing Line Fitting
This is a Stainless Steel 304 high vacuum 90-degree elbow fitting with ISO-K flanges on both ends. The elbow is designed for use in high vacuum plumbing systems, connecting sections of large-bore roughing or turbomolecular pump lines at a 90-degree change of direction. The ISO-K flange interface uses a bolted centering-ring and clamp system standard across the vacuum industry, making this component broadly interchangeable with ISO-K infrastructure from most major vacuum equipment manufacturers.

Applications

They are commonly used to route roughing pump lines around obstructions or to connect turbomolecular pump exhaust lines back to backing pumps. DN160 ISO-K hardware is widely used in semiconductor fabrication, flat-panel display manufacturing, solar cell deposition, and research vacuum systems worldwide. This fitting is suited for replacement or expansion of any existing ISO-K 160 vacuum infrastructure.

This Stainless Steel 304 High Vacuum 90-Degree ISO-K Elbow was removed from a large vacuum deposition system that was decommissioned when the facility closed operations. During its service life it was part of a roughing pump line integrated with large turbomolecular pumps. The piece shows light surface scuffing and minor handling marks consistent with production use, but both ISO-K flange faces appear intact and free of significant damage visible in the photos. It has been inspected and appears to be in good usable condition for vacuum service. No clamps or centering rings are included — fitting only.
