Applications

Block converters of this type were commonly deployed in satellite earth stations and telecom receive systems through the 1990s and 2000s. The Scientific Atlanta 9325 is compatible with C-band LNB and receiver chains used in fixed satellite service, broadcast contribution networks, and private data networks. Typically installed at the antenna feed or mounted on a mast for direct signal conversion before transmission to indoor receiver equipment via coaxial cable.

This Scientific Atlanta 9325 C-Band Block Converter has been inspected and appears to be in good condition. The white painted aluminum housing shows light surface wear with some paint chipping visible at one corner of the unit.
