Riber Jet 40K Selenium Cracker CIGS Solar Cell PVD Source 18g/min 1340mm
Selenium vapor deposition source used in CIGS photovoltaic solar cell manufacturing. This system performs bottom-up and top-down selenium coating on substrates up to 1340mm width for roll-to-roll production lines.

This Riber Jet 40K Selenium Cracker came from Solopower's Portland, OR facility, where it was part of an operational CIGS solar cell production line. It was deinstalled in early 2019 when the facility closed. The prior operator reported it was in working condition at the time of deinstallation; however, it has not been powered up or tested at our facility since removal.
