Applications

This Quality Transformer & Electronics QT&E 4684 Varian MED klystron transformer was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in service. The black epoxy-potted core and body are intact with no cracks or visible damage to the winding enclosure. The steel base flange shows moderate surface rust and corrosion on its underside, visible in the photos, which is cosmetic and typical for a component of this age and service history. The terminal slot opening is clear and unobstructed. The label is fully legible, confirming part number 01005166-01, date code 91/27, and revision F.
