Applications

Used in satellite earth stations and teleport facilities for uplink transmission. Converts IF baseband signals to C-Band RF for modulated satellite transmission. Commonly deployed in VSAT networks, broadcast uplinks, and redundant satellite communication systems requiring dual-conversion architecture.

Condition: Used
This Miteq U-8153/38152 C-Band Upconverter has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working satellite earth station environment where it was actively in use and functional. The chassis shows normal surface wear consistent with rack-mounted service use. The front panel controls, LED indicators, and connectors are all intact and undamaged. The rear panel connectors — including the D-Sub remote interface, alarm outputs, IF input, and RF output — are present and in good condition.
