This Lucent rackmount 110-type patch panel provides structured punch-down termination for 4-pair (4-PR) telephone and data cabling using the EIA T568B wiring standard. The panel houses three wiring modules across a 1U-style rackmount chassis, each with color-coded punch-down positions and individual port labels (D1 001 through D1 006 per module), supporting up to 24 ports total. Integrated cable management hooks on both sides keep terminated cable runs organized within the rack.

Applications
110-type patch panels are a standard component in structured cabling systems for telephone and data networks. They are used in telecommunications rooms, server rooms, and equipment racks to terminate and organize horizontal cable runs from wall jacks or station outlets back to the central distribution point. The 110 punch-down system, developed by AT&T (the predecessor to Lucent Technologies), became the dominant voice-grade wiring block architecture in commercial PBX and telephone installations from the 1980s onward and remains in use today for both legacy PBX systems and modern voice infrastructure. The EIA T568B wiring standard makes this panel compatible with standard Cat3, Cat5, and Cat5e 4-pair cabling used in telephone and low-speed data runs. Typical installations include PBX cross-connect fields, telephone distribution frames, and structured cabling backbone terminations in office buildings, call centers, and campus environments. Lucent Technologies produced a broad line of structured cabling and PBX infrastructure products during the 1990s and 2000s, and this panel is consistent with that product family.
This Lucent 110 rackmount patch panel has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working telephone/data environment. The panel is intact with all three wiring modules present, color-coded T568B punch-down positions, and port labels (D1 001–D1 006) in place and legible. The cable management hooks are attached.
