ILEX Speedcomputer Arc Lamp Exposure Controller CCD Shutter Vacuum Control SSR

This is a custom-built rackmount/benchtop control enclosure built around the ILEX Speedcomputer, manufactured by ILEX Optical Co. Inc. of Rochester, NY. The enclosure integrates arc lamp power switching, CCD shutter control, and dual vacuum monitoring and control — functions consistent with a photolithographic contact printer, mask aligner, or scientific arc lamp exposure system. The front panel provides five status indicators (AC Power, Arc Power, CCD Shutter, Mask Vacuum, Sample Vacuum) and a main rocker power switch. The ILEX Speedcomputer panel on the side provides shutter timing control via an actuate dial (No. 1, 2 & 3) and toggle switch.

This ILEX Speedcomputer arc lamp exposure controller has been inspected and is in good used condition. The enclosure is structurally sound with typical light wear on the exterior surfaces. The front panel indicator labels are clean and legible, and the ILEX Speedcomputer actuate dial and controls on the side panel are intact. Internally, both ACDC Electronic power supply modules, the Corcom EMI filter, Crydom D2425 solid-state relay, and the two I/O boards (62200 9235/B) are present and appear undamaged.
