This Hughes 3878540-100 Ku-Band Command Upconverter has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working satellite ground station environment and powers on at our warehouse. The front panel, controls, and chassis show normal wear consistent with rack-mounted service use. The BNC monitor ports retain their security chains.
