DC plasma power supply rated at 10 kW output. Operates from 208 VAC three-phase 60 Hz input and delivers adjustable DC output up to 2000 VDC. Mounted on castors for mobility.

Applications
Used for DC magnetron sputtering, plasma etch processes, and physical vapor deposition (PVD) systems in semiconductor and industrial coating applications. Supplies regulated high-voltage DC power to magnetron cathodes and plasma chambers in thin-film deposition equipment.

This Eratron PPS 8210 2KV RS MF 10kW DC Plasma Power Supply has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was in active use and functional. The exterior cabinet shows normal wear consistent with industrial service — some scuffing and marks on the black sheet-metal panels. The white side panel and labels are intact and legible. Both cooling fans are present. The industrial 3-phase power inlet is present with its protective dust cap and retaining chain. Output ports on the rear/bottom are present. The unit rolls on four castors, all of which appear serviceable. Interior components including the power transformer, wiring, and control board are visible in photos and appear intact with no obvious damage.
