A 16-bit ISA interface card for controlling MFM and RLL hard disk drives via external 37-pin DB37 connector. This full-length card was used in legacy computer systems from the 1980s and early 1990s to manage drive operations and data transfer.

Applications

MFM controller cards were standard equipment in computers from the 1980s through early 1990s, including IBM PC/XT and AT-compatible systems. This card interfaces with vintage MFM or RLL hard drives for data storage and retrieval. Compatible with systems using 16-bit ISA slots, such as 286 and 386-based computers and industrial control systems of that era.

The 37-pin DB37 external port bracket is straight and intact. The gold ISA edge connector fingers show normal oxidation consistent with age but appear serviceable.
