Custom Plastic Sheet Corner Trimmer 14.5" Wide THK HSR20 SMC Pneumatic 110VAC
This is a custom-built pneumatic corner trimmer designed to cut the corners of plastic sheets up to 14.5 inches wide. The machine uses two THK HSR20 linear motion guide carriages to drive a pair of 1-inch-wide by 0.25-inch-thick slanted blades downward into the sheet material, producing clean, consistent corner cuts. The frame is constructed from aluminum extrusion profile with adjustable leveling feet, a clear acrylic safety enclosure over the cutting zone, and a removable green steel catch/scrap drawer below.

The control panel — including the power-on button and emergency stop — is clean and clearly labeled. The green steel catch drawer slides smoothly and shows normal use marks.
