This is a lot of three (3) pairs of CTI Cryogenics helium compressor supply and return lines, part number 8143143, variants G001 (supply) and G002 (return). Each line is made of stainless steel tubing and terminates on both ends with an Aeroquip low air inclusion refrigerant quick-disconnect coupling rated to 260 PSIG. The supply and return lines share a similar overall length but differ in their bending geometry to fit the compressor port configuration.

Applications

CTI Cryogenics helium compressor supply and return lines connect the helium compressor unit to the cryopump cold head, routing high-pressure gaseous helium through the closed-loop refrigeration cycle that drives cryogenic pumping. The Aeroquip low air inclusion quick-disconnect couplings allow the lines to be connected and disconnected without introducing air or contaminants into the helium circuit — a critical requirement for maintaining cryopump performance and gas purity. These lines are used in CTI Cryogenics cryopump installations found in vacuum deposition systems, semiconductor process chambers, molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) equipment, electron microscopes, and other high-vacuum applications where a cryopump provides clean, oil-free pumping. The 8143143 line set is a standard service/replacement part for CTI compressor configurations requiring 14–14.5 inch connection lines.

These CTI Cryogenics 8143143 G001/G002 helium compressor supply and return lines are in good used condition with normal wear consistent with prior service in a cryogenic compressor system. The stainless steel tubing is intact with no visible kinks or damage. The Aeroquip quick-disconnect couplings on both ends appear clean and functional, with seals present and visible.
