The Weston Model 1031 is a round panel-mount DC milliammeter with a 0-20 milliampere full-scale range. It uses a moving-coil (D'Arsonval) movement — the standard mechanism for analog panel instruments — and is designed for flush panel mounting via its round flange with three mounting holes. The dial face is printed with a clear linear scale from 0 to 20 mA and is labeled "MILLIAMPERES D.C." with the Weston name. Connections are made via two rear screw terminals.

This Weston Model 1031 0-20 mA DC panel milliammeter is in good used condition. The dial face is intact and legible with a cream/aged appearance consistent with its vintage. The black painted housing shows some paint chipping and wear, most visible on the rear. The moving-coil movement appears intact and the needle rests at zero. The two rear screw terminals are present and intact. This meter has not been powered or tested at our facility, but was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in use.
