The black enamel housing shows surface wear, light oxidation, and minor scuffing across the front and back panels. The four binding post terminals show age-related patina and some corrosion on the brass hardware. The dial face has some discoloration and staining, most visible toward the right side of the scale, though the printed scale graduations remain legible. The meter movement appears intact.
