Applications
Small-format semiautomatic screen printers like the Weltek 68AT are used in electronics manufacturing and prototyping for precision deposition of solder paste, conductive inks, thick-film pastes, and adhesives onto substrates including PCBs, ceramic substrates, and membrane panels. The vacuum plate holds substrates flat and in registration during the squeegee stroke, which is critical for consistent paste or ink deposit thickness and placement accuracy. These machines are also used in research and development labs, university programs, and small-batch production shops where a full-size automatic printer is not warranted. The 68AT's screen size and vacuum plate dimensions make it well suited to small PCB assemblies and similar precision substrates requiring repeatable print registration.
This Weltek 68AT Semiautomatic Tabletop Screen Printer is in used condition and shows visible wear. The top housing has significant paint chipping and cracking on the blue enclosure — clearly visible in our photos. The mechanical assemblies, vacuum plate, and squeegee carriage appear intact. It has not been powered up or tested at our facility, but was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in use. Various used and printed screens are included. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
