Uni-Solar ePVL-144T 144W 24V Flexible Amorphous Solar Panel PowerBond MC4
The Uni-Solar ePVL-144T is a 144-watt, 24-volt flexible amorphous silicon thin-film solar panel from Uni-Solar's PowerBond line. It features a factory-installed peel-and-stick bonding adhesive on the back of the laminate, allowing direct adhesion to metal roofing, RVs, boats, and other curved or flat surfaces without frames, mounting hardware, or roof penetrations. This is the narrower ePVL-144T variant — distinct from the standard PVL-144 — and is rare and increasingly difficult to source.

Applications
Uni-Solar PowerBond panels are designed for building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), particularly standing-seam and corrugated metal roofing where a frameless, lightweight, no-penetration solution is required. The flexible laminate bonds directly to the roof surface and conforms to gentle curves, making it well suited for commercial and industrial metal roofs, as well as marine, RV, and vehicle applications. Amorphous silicon technology performs better than crystalline silicon under low-light and diffuse conditions and is more tolerant of partial shading and high operating temperatures — useful advantages on rooftops where full-day direct sun is not always available. The ePVL series was produced by United Solar Ovonic (Uni-Solar) and is part of a generation of thin-film BIPV products from the 2000s–2010s that saw wide commercial rooftop deployment; new-old-stock units are actively sought by system owners needing replacement panels for existing installations.
This Uni-Solar ePVL-144T 144W PowerBond flexible amorphous solar panel is new and unused. The panel appears in excellent original condition with the factory-installed peel-and-stick adhesive backing intact and the MC4 connector cables undisturbed. The photos show the panel unrolled for inspection — the amorphous cell surface, white edge trim, and junction box are all clean with no signs of use or damage.
