This Thomson RoundRail RL series linear guide rod is a precision-ground 1" diameter shaft machined from 440C stainless steel and measuring 75 inches (6 ft 3 in) in length. The RL series is Thomson Industries' standard round rail designed to work with their RoundRail linear bearing assemblies, providing a smooth, hard running surface for linear motion applications. One end is fitted with a slotted retaining collar and end cap as visible in the photos.

Applications
