This TEW TISF-452 18" Foot Pedal Impulse Sealer is being sold as-is for parts or repair. The lower heating element is broken and will need to be replaced before the unit can seal. The unit tested good prior to the element burning out. Cosmetically, the machine shows significant age-related wear throughout: rust and corrosion are visible on the sealing jaw hardware, tension plate, and adjustment knobs, rust spotting covers much of the painted sealing table surface, and the foot pedal base shows rust and general wear. The control panel is intact with a functional-appearing rocker switch, indicator light, and time-setting dial. The power cord prongs show oxidation. The yellow pedestal frame is structurally sound.
