The AIE W-600T is a 24-inch (600mm) free-standing impulse heat sealer designed for sealing polyethylene, polypropylene, and similar thermoplastic bags and film. It operates via a foot pedal that clamps the sealing bar, delivering an impulse of heat through nichrome wire elements to fuse the material. A STON sealing timer dial is present on the control panel and serves as an operator cue — it signals when to release the foot pedal rather than automatically cutting off the heat, so the operator controls sealing duration manually. A Single-Wire / Double-Wire selector switch allows choice of sealing element configuration depending on the bag material and desired seal strength.
