Applications
The Tektronix Phaser II series was introduced in the late 1980s and early 1990s as one of the first desktop printers capable of producing vivid, near-photographic color output using solid wax technology. The front panel shows the PAPER and TRANSFER ROLL indicator LEDs lit amber, suggesting the unit has known issues and may require service or replacement parts. The interior mechanism appears intact with a color wax ribbon (magenta and green/yellow) loaded. The exterior shows general cosmetic wear consistent with prior use.
