The TDK ZCW2210-01 is a panel-mount EMI/RFI noise filter designed to suppress conducted electromagnetic interference on AC power lines. Built by TDK Corporation in Japan, it is a three-phase through-body style filter with screw-terminal conductors on each end, housed in a rugged metal enclosure with integral mounting flanges. It carries a working voltage of 250V AC and a continuous current rating of 10 amperes, with a test voltage of 1500V AC.

Applications

AC power line noise filters like the TDK ZCW2210-01 are used to suppress conducted EMI and RFI on the mains supply feeding sensitive equipment. TDK's ZCW series filters are widely used in Japanese-manufactured industrial and electronic equipment from the 1990s onward. The three-terminal through-body construction allows the filter to be integrated directly into a panel cutout or chassis wall, with line connections on one side and load connections on the other, providing a clean mechanical and electrical boundary between noisy and sensitive circuit areas.
