The SoloPower SP3L-200 is a 200-watt flexible thin-film solar panel using CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) photovoltaic technology. Unlike rigid glass-framed panels, the SP3L-200 is a rollable, flexible module approximately 7.2 feet long that weighs just 13.2 lbs. It is designed for surface mounting without penetrating fasteners, making it well suited for curved or lightweight surfaces where a conventional framed panel cannot be used.

Applications
CIGS thin-film panels like the SP3L-200 are used in off-grid and mobile power applications where weight, flexibility, and a low profile matter more than the peak efficiency of rigid crystalline panels. Common uses include rooftop mounting on RVs and campervans, deck mounting on sailboats and powerboats, portable overland and camping setups, and supplemental charging for 12V or 24V battery banks. The flexible rollable construction lets the panel conform to curved surfaces — an RV roof or boat deck — without drilling or heavy mounting hardware. At 65.1V Vmp, the SP3L-200 is compatible with MPPT charge controllers rated for higher-voltage inputs and can be configured in series strings up to 600 VDC for larger off-grid arrays. SoloPower produced these panels in Portland, Oregon as part of their commercial thin-film product line aimed at the building-integrated and mobile solar markets.
These SoloPower SP3L-200 200W CIGS flexible solar panels are new and unused, listed in out-of-box condition. The panels have been stored both indoors and outdoors over time; they are unused but may show minor cosmetic variation from storage. Please note that the borders, weatherproofing color, and cell appearance may vary slightly from the photos shown — this is normal across production runs.
