This Silicon Graphics KONA-DG4 030-0687-004 module board has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working SGI Onyx 10000 Server environment where it was actively in use and functional. The PCB surface is clean with no visible cracked traces, damaged components, or burn marks. Heatsinks are intact and seated. Edge connectors show normal contact wear consistent with removal from a production server.
