Condition: Used
This Shinano Kensi IB-75411F bi-directional AC induction motor has been tested and confirmed working at our facility. One important note from testing: this motor is rated for 100V AC, which is the standard line voltage in Japan — running it at 120V (standard US line voltage) causes it to hum and run warm. Operation at 60–90V gives the best results for this motor. It requires an external 7µF capacitor wired between the Yellow and White leads; connecting power to either the Yellow or White lead (with the capacitor in place) controls the direction of rotation, with Black as the common. A hand-drawn wiring diagram is included in the photos. The motor body shows typical used wear consistent with prior service. The output shaft has a toothed gear/pulley fitted. The capacitor is not included. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
