This is a custom-built hi-pot (high-potential dielectric withstand test) control cabinet built by Saginaw Control & Engineering (SCE) of Saginaw, Michigan. The enclosure is a UL Listed, CSA-certified Type 12.4 industrial control panel rated for protection against dust, dirt, dripping, and splashing non-corrosive liquids — suitable for indoor industrial use.
