This Power-One HE15-9-A International Series Linear Power Supply is open box — it is new from the manufacturer but has been stored for an extended period, possibly past its shelf/expiration date, and was exposed to moisture during storage. The photos reflect this: transistor Q1's mounting hardware shows significant rust and corrosion, and there is degraded adhesive residue on the terminal block. The included Declaration of Conformity document and a partial spec sheet also show moisture damage (staining and wrinkling). This unit has not been powered or tested at our facility.
