Applications
This front panel assembly is used as the primary operator interface on Netstal Sycap Discjet 600/110 injection molding machines. It provides input controls and display interaction for machine operation and temperature control settings. The trackball and keypad enable operator navigation and parameter entry on the Sycap Temp Controller system.

This Netstal Sycap Graphtrack Front Panel (P/N 5297290) was pulled from a working Discjet 600/110 injection molding system and has been inspected. The unit is in used condition consistent with production floor service — the membrane keypad surface shows significant grime buildup, surface discoloration, and some flaking on the overlay, particularly around the function key area and the Graphtrack logo zone. The trackball dome and numeric keypad are intact. The PCB assembly and blower on the rear appear complete with no obvious physical damage.
