The Netgear ME102 is a desktop 802.11b wireless access point that adds 11 Mbps Wi-Fi connectivity to a wired Ethernet network. It connects to a host computer via USB and to the network via a standard RJ-45 Ethernet port, making it straightforward to deploy in small office or home environments without requiring a dedicated router. The single external dipole antenna provides standard 2.4 GHz 802.11b coverage.
