This card serves as a central processing module within the NEAX 2000 IVS chassis, handling call processing, system logic, and feature control for both standard business and hotel/motel configurations. This unit was pulled from a working NEAX 2000 IVS installation.

The system supported a broad range of telephony features including direct inward dialing, call forwarding, auto-attendant, and voicemail integration. The H/M (Hotel/Motel) designation on this processor card indicates firmware and feature support specific to property management system (PMS) integration, room-to-room dialing, wake-up call scheduling, and front-desk console functionality — all standard requirements in hotel telephony of that era. The PN-CP00-B processor card is a direct replacement part for NEAX 2000 IVS systems still in operation, and is sought by telecom technicians maintaining legacy hospitality and business PBX installations. The board is clean with no visible physical damage, broken traces, or missing components. The two NEC ROM chips (SP3163 and SP3158) and AMD AM27C020-150DC EPROMs are present and seated.
