Full AT form factor system board designed for NCR Model 5000 PC systems. This motherboard features ISA bus architecture with integrated VGA graphics and VLSI chipset common to enterprise and industrial computing of the early 1990s.

This NCR 150-0018431 System Board for the NCR Model 5000 has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The board shows the normal light oxidation and surface dust you'd expect from a c.1990 ISA-era board that's been in storage or pulled from service. The PCB shows no obvious physical damage, broken traces, or burnt areas visible in the photos. The CPU daughter card (150-0016551 / 150-0016571 A0) is present and installed. All main chipset ICs — the VLSI VGT8203C4570, NCR 77C22 VGA-2, NCR WPD Falcon E, NCR WPD Clemson, and LSI L1A5810 — appear intact. The board has not been bench-tested at our facility.
