Thin-film CIGS flexible solar cells on semi-flexible aluminum substrates with MWT (Metal Wrap Through) interconnection. This lot contains 1,000 unused cells with combined rated output of 2.6 kW.

Applications

CIGS flexible solar cells are used in custom PV module assembly and DIY solar panel fabrication. These cells support assembly via 3M conductive tape, battery tab spot welders, and ultrasonic welders. Flexible thin-film construction allows integration into non-rigid substrates and encapsulation methods where standard rigid silicon modules are not suitable.
