This is a custom-built automated ball bearing rework and sorting machine centered on a Mycom SNC-110 microprocessor controller and a Mycom UPS52 stepper motor driver module. The machine uses pneumatic ball handling to feed and sort precision steel balls across four selectable size channels ranging from.079" to.082" in diameter. A rotary chuck assembly and linear slide mechanism are mounted on a rigid black base plate, with the main electronics and power supply housed in a top-mounted grey enclosure with cooling fans.

Applications

This Mycom SNC-110 ball bearing rework unit has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The grey main enclosure and black base show normal surface wear consistent with prior shop use. The front panel Ball #1 through Ball #4 selector buttons and power indicator are present and intact. The SNC-110 controller panel and UPS52 stepper motor module are mounted and all visible wiring and terminal connections appear complete and undamaged.
