Applications
The FR-3923 is used for broadcast video frame synchronization and multi-format signal routing. Designed for integration with other Leitch NEO Series modular processing equipment, it handles mixed-format video workflows common in television production and transmission facilities.

This Leitch FR-3923 NEO Frame Synchronizer has been visually inspected and appears to be in good used condition overall. It has not been bench-tested or powered on at our facility. The chassis exterior shows surface scuffing on the top cover and some general wear consistent with production use; the front panel and NEO Leitch branding are intact. The rear panel card connectors — including BNC, DB25, and RJ-45 interfaces — appear undamaged. The unit includes dual Leitch 3923PS power supplies with visible Fault/Power LED indicators.
