IVS IVS200 AC Power Control Distribution Module 208V 30A 3-Phase Accuvision 60Hz
The IVS IVS200 is an AC power control and distribution module designed for use with IVS Accuvision semiconductor processing systems. It accepts a single three-phase 208V, 30A input and distributes switched AC power to up to 12 individually controlled circuits through labeled IEC outlets on the rear panel. Each circuit is controlled by a dedicated front-panel toggle switch, allowing operators to power individual subsystems independently — including turbomolecular pumps, ion pumps, computer, monitor, blower, and printers.
