Isra Vision Systems AG is a German manufacturer of automated optical inspection (AOI) systems used widely in converting and printing industries. The Smash web inspection system was designed to inspect continuously moving web materials — such as plastic film, paper, aluminum foil, nonwovens, and printed substrates — at line speed for surface defects including holes, streaks, edge tears, and print anomalies. The Web Processor card is the central computation board that receives image data from camera hardware and runs the detection algorithms in real time. These ISA-bus cards date from the mid-to-late 1990s era of industrial PC-based machine vision, when ISA was the dominant expansion bus for real-time image capture and processing in industrial automation systems. This Isra Vision Systems AG Smash Web Processor V1.0 ISA machine vision card has been pulled from a working industrial environment where it was previously in service. It has not been powered up or tested at our facility. The card appears to be in good used condition overall — the PCB is clean with no visible cracked traces or obvious physical damage. There are handwritten marker numbers ('2' and '3') on the bracket near the external connectors, consistent with lot or slot labeling in a production setting.
