Hughes Aircraft Model 2500 Hybrid Automatic Die Bonder sold AS-IS / FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. This unit has been visually inspected only and is not tested for operational functionality. The blue cabinet and work surfaces show age-appropriate wear from prior production use. The bonding head assembly, control panel, vacuum switches, fiber light source, rotary collet mechanism, integrated Panasonic CRT vision monitor, and Hughes keyboard controller are present and appear structurally intact. Internal PCB assemblies and interconnect connectors are in place. Operator's Guide and Maintenance Manual are included. No power-on or functional testing has been performed at our facility. Sold strictly as-is with no warranties or guarantees of operation. Freight shipping required.
