This Hughes 3599H Helium-Neon Laser Power Supply has been tested and confirmed to be in working order when used with a Melles Griot 25-LHP-991-249 Red HeNe Laser. The unit powers up normally via the included ON/OFF key switch. Both photos show the unit in good cosmetic condition — the blue steel enclosure has light surface scuffs and minor handling marks consistent with lab use, but no dents or significant damage. The front-panel High Voltage output posts and the rear multi-pin connector are intact and undamaged. The AC line cord is included and in good condition.
